This holiday season, Giving Globally needs your help collecting food, clothing, blankets and gifts for the neediest people around. Through partnerships with the Portland Rescue Mission, Union Gospel Mission and Birch Community Service, our goal is to bring hope, happiness and love to 50,000 Oregonians in need

Win a 7-night vacation in Mexico!

To make the most impact, bring a team of people together to collect and donate to Christmas Kindness. When you do, as the Team Champion, you’ll be eligible to win a 7-night vacation for two to beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Plus, your entire team will win great prizes. And if you don’t want to be a Team Champion but still want to give to Christmas Kindness, you’ll still be eligible for prizes based on your personal giving.

 

 

 

It’s Easy To Get Involved:

1. Register at www.christmaskindness.org/give. This will help us record the results and share them with you as the project progresses.

2. Collect food, coats, blankets &/or toys by simply printing our fliers and sharing them with coworkers, customers, family and friends. You can also win points by challenging and inspiring others to get involved. Just email our pre-written invitations or share our flyers with those you care about.

3. Drop off your donations by Friday, December 17th at 5:00 PM. Simply print one of our Christmas Kindness donation forms from the web site to include with your donation. Drop site locations and maps are listed in the drop site page. If your office is collecting donations and needs help delivering the gifts you’ve collected, please call or email us by 5:00 PM Friday, December 10th. You can also drop off donations during our contest finale at Pioneer Courthouse Square on Saturday, December 18th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

4. Come celebrate - Saturday, December 18th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM as we throw a Party with a Purpose at Pioneer Courthouse Square, located at SW Yamhill and Broadway.

Join us as we celebrate the spirit of giving and share our blessings with those less fortunate. This impactful event will help those you love experience the joy of making a difference in someone’s life. All ages can come enjoy great holiday music in a powerfully positive setting. Let’s help our family, friends, and coworkers experience how great it feels to give your time, talents and treasures to those in need..

Here’s What They Need:

  • Food – Canned and non-perishable food items are desperately needed by thousands of Oregon families.
  • Coats & Blankets – Help our homeless stay warm throughout the coming winter.
  • Toys & Gifts – Brighten a child’s life with a new toy or other gift. Click Here to see Wish Lists from local families in need.
  • Online Donations – Cash donations are also needed. Each $1 raised, helps deliver over $8 of food for Oregon families. If you prefer to help people overseas, each dollar donated will help deliver over $50 in humanitarian aid.
